Half day
A half day dedicated to visiting and discovering the historic center of the Inca capital, Cusco, once called Qosqo, the “navel of the world”. Cusco is a thousand-year-old city full of charm and beauty. During your visit you will be fascinated by the precision and perfection of its stonework, an interesting blend of Inca and colonial architecture that retraces the history of the city.
You will see men and women in colorful traditional dress who come for the day to sell their products in the different markets of the city. You will visit the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha), built on the original Inca foundations, and continue to the cathedral, which holds many paintings of the Cusco School and other treasures of goldsmithing, silver and precious stones. You will also walk through the beautiful cobbled streets and squares of the San Blas district.
